I love to volunteer for non-profits and organizations that I'm interested in.One of my goals in life is to become self sufficient enough to become a full time volunteer. I also helped coin the term "Social Media For Social Good". These are a special series of events that the Austin Social Media community has really gotten behind and supported. Austin is a amazing town to be a volunteer in and I hope that's reflected in some of the links below. I hope from seeing what they can do you will love them as much as I do.

I'm on the Digital Strategy Task Force over at Planet Cancer.

I serve on the Web Strategy Board of the Austin Film Society.

I program all the speakers for the 501 Tech Club and Austin Social Media Club.

Social Media for Social Good Series:

I organized the Austin Blood Drive Tweetup which benefited the Blood and Tissue Center of Central Texas.

I helped run and execute the Hunger Awareness Month Campaign for the Capital Area Food Bank with Tyson Foods.

I helped organize and execute the Austin Twestival which benefited Charity: Water.
